GIULIANO BETTA

The italian conductor studied in Spezia and Milan. At the same time he attended masterclasses of Riccardo Muti and Rizzi Brignoli. He was répétiteur at the theatre in Münster and in the Studio of Opera House Zürich. 2009 he won first prize of conducting in Spoleto....

He was first conductor at Theatre Basel and conducted u.a.: Katja Kabanowa, Rusalka, Carmen, Figaro, Tosca, Parsifal and Lohengrin. Currently he is guest at Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf and conducts u.a.: Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore and Lucia di Lammermoor and Mozart‘s Magic Flute. Further guest conductings in the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Russia, Korea and last in Japan.
