born in Schwerin, boarding school and final exams at the Humanist Grammar School in Fribourg (Switzerland). She studied at the State College of Music in Vienna with KS Adolf Vogel, Liedgestaltung with Erik Werba. She finished her studies with the concert and opera diploma at the State College of Music in Berlin, was then a scholar in Siena with Gina Ginia and Maestro Faveretto. Besides working on stage, she was part of many radio broadcasts: Hessischer Rundfunk, NDR, Radio Bremen, Radio de la Suisse Romande, Radio Svizzera Italiana. Verena Keller is teaching at the State College of Music in Frankfurt/Main, at the Mainz Conservatory and in Bern.
